Gut Friendly Nurture Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soaked + soured oats 
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1/2 TBSP Nurture blend
  • 1/2 cup filtered water + 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 - 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • Real maple syrup

Method:

  1. Soak + sour oats the night before by covering the oats in filtered water and a big splash of ACV, leave on the bench overnight and drain + rinse in the morning.
  2. Add oats, filtered water + cream, cinnamon + butter to a saucepan on med heat.
  3. Stir and let butter melt. Once butter is melted turn heat to low and let simmer for 10 mins. Once all of the liquid is mostly absorbed, turn off and place into a bowl. 
  4. Add in the Nurture blend and mix through.
  5. Top with blueberries and a few drizzles of real maple syrup.

+ Optional add collagen in at point 4 if you are needing extra protein. 

Real ingredients, gut friendly and will keep you sustained for way longer!
