45 minute weekly consultations
A weekly zoom consult to go over health history, health goals and to implement in steps to reach those goals. Looking at health in a holistic way - nutrition, toxins, exercise, mental well-being, sleep, routines etc
Minimum 4 weeks
$75 per session
1 hour consultation
A zoom consult to go over any queries you have regarding health. Specific recommendations tailored to you regarding nutrition, lifestyle + supplement advise
